Uncleanliness with cobwebs, broken fixtures, and a film on bathroom door hinges. Malfunctioning bathroom faucet and microwave, causing inconvenience.

An extra easy chair, a kitchenette, and an air conditioning in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. All in all marvellous setting adjacent to eatern washington and Oregon, grocery stores and a restaurant.

Particularly good location and clean place

I loved very amiable and professional staff. The hotel was near to the Hermiston shopping center, good restaurants, and grocery stores.

The rooms were updated, the staff was very helpful, and we had a nice stay with exceptionally comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.

My wife, dog, and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the A/C and heat worked well. The hotel was well-maintained and had a spacious outdoor area for walking our dog. We also appreciated having a Safeway grocery store conveniently located in front of the hotel.

Fairly clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed reasonably large rooms and amicable staff. The room I booked was updated and clean and available with beer and ice bucket, as for instance. That property was in a particularly good location, close to the center of town. Also, it was 5 min drive from Butte Park. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel. This venue met every demand in every way, would be happy to recommend.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a very good air-conditioner, an extra easy chair and climate control. The bathroom was clean, that's important.

Additionally, the hotel had a gazebo area with a grill and picnic tables, which was a nice touch.

The hotel lacked a few essential amenities such as breakfast and a properly functioning lock on the room door.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs and bent over backwards to help me out and allow me to get ready for an important last minute unexpected meeting. High praises to all of them they stepped up and knocked it out of the park. Check-in was super simple, the staff were very friendly and SMILED! The facility was very clean. I loved the amenities. There was a tv room with couches, an outdoor patio with a BBQ. The room was very clean, bed was comfy.
